Eventos interactivos / Interactive events

Cada vez se tiene se tiene más en cuenta que quien presencie cualquier tipo de evento no se sienta como un mero espectador sino como parte activa de él. Son, lo que se llaman, eventos interactivos, en los que la audiencia toma parte, de diferentes maneras, del devenir de la reunión.

Para ello, la tecnología permite el uso de diferentes elementos táctiles como suelos, totems o monitores, que ocupan los intervalos informales de la agenda (llegadas, descansos, etc.). 

Igualmente, durante las sesiones contábamos (hasta no hace mucho) únicamente con sistemas de votación por radiofrecuencia, que permitían al ponente formular preguntas esporádicas para captar las respuestas de la audiencia. Hoy sin embargo contamos con opciones que permiten, bien desde tu teléfono móvil (sin necesidad de receptor), bien desde dispositivos multifunción, no solo votar sino el envío de preguntas por mensajes de texto o twitter, competiciones entre los asistentes, o disponer al alcance de la mano de toda la información y la agenda del evento, actualizadas minuto a minuto.

Con esto buscamos romper con la unidireccionalidad clásica en la que únicamente tiene voz quien se sitúa tras un micrófono. Todo aquel que desea aportar su granito de arena puede así tener oportunidad de ser escuchado desde una plataforma cómoda, atractiva, intuitiva y, si se desea, anónima.

It´s being more and more noted that, whoever attends to any kind of event, doesn´t feel like a mere spectator, but as an active part of it. They´re called interactive events, those where the audience take part in the course of the meeting, in different ways.

Technology allows the use of different tactile devices such as floors, totems or screens, covering informal intervals of the agenda (arrivals, coffee breaks, etc.)

Also, until recently we´ve had nothing but radio frequency voting systems during the sessions, letting the speaker ask occasional questions to capture responses from the audience. However, now we count on other options which enable, right from either your mobile phone (without receiver) or multifunction gadgets, not only vote but also sending inquiries through text message or twitter, creating competitions among the attendees, or having within reach all the information of the event, updated minute-by-minute.

We try this way to break with the classical unidirectional meeting in which only who stands behind a microphone has a voice in it. Everyone who wishes to do his part has the choice to be heard from a comfortable, attractive and intuitive platform and, if desired, in a anonymous way.
