Es sabido que, en épocas de crisis, el dicho de "renovarse o morir" está más de moda que nunca y, aunque la entrada de hoy no trata directamente de reinventarse a uno mismo, nunca está de más recordar que, en todo negocio, conviene ser permeable a los nuevos tiempos, y ser flexible a nuevas fórmulas que nos permitan seguir siendo eficaces a la hora de dar un servicio competitivo.
